It's from my maternal grandmother's side of the family. That was good news to me since ALL the kids have family names so far. (Except Lillian's middle name - Rose - which was taken from one of my favorite movies "Meet Me in St. Louis" - seriously).
Lee is Robert and my father's middle name - how cool is that. And it's a name that runs down the line in both of our families! So we were happy to pass it on to Rhodes.
And I have to say that it wasn't all accident that he will have the same initials as Robert AND Landon. I definitely have leaned toward monogramming initials over names with this in mind! Therefore, all the clothes that have been monogrammed RLM can be easily passed onto Rhodes!

ReplyDeleteI love that you say "finally have our days and nights straight" he is one week old! I think that is amazing! He is a doll and cuter every time i see him or pictures!
ReplyDeleteOh he is so gorgeous! I think its great you get to use family names for your babies. In our family there are two Kims, two Kristis, two Rachels, and two Tims, one of which is my father the other my husband. Since confusion abounds with all the multiple names, we decided against using them. But when there won't be confusion its great!
