Continuing with our yearly traditions at Christmas is MAKING REINDEER COOKIES! Yummy! We make these all month long. So fun and easy, even Lillian got into the decorating!! Nothing like putting a half naked baby on the kitchen table to
eat put M&Ms on the cookies! And she was so proud of herself!!
Putting on the "nose" for the 5th time! (notice the chocolate rimmed mouth)
Yay Lillian!!! You did it!
Olivia's cookie on the left, Lillian's on the right. :-)
Baking the cookies! They didn't last long at our house!!!! We plan on making lots more of the cookies!!
Lindsey! Please tell me how you made these cookies. I bet the kids at school would LoVE these
ReplyDeleteHi Lindsey! :) You may not remember me from Covenant, but I really enjoy reading your blog! I am definately going to make your reindeer cookies with Davis (our 2 year old!) Thanks for the many great ideas and the fun you share on your blog! Your kids are precious.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Mary...please share your recipe. My kids would LOOOOOOVE this! You are SO creative!
ReplyDeleteHey Guys!
ReplyDeleteThe way we made these cookies was with peanut butter cookie dough that we shaped into an upside down triangle (sort of) for the head.
Then it's just pretzels for the antlers, chocolate chips for the eyes and red M&Ms or red hots for the nose! Then bake the cookies according to package instructions!
Have fun making them! They're really good to eat..the salty with the pretzels and sweet cookie is so good together!
mary cox, I TOUGHT LINDSAY HOW TO MAKE THOSE!
